not many people know what they are talking about with baseball, but you certainly do. you understand the mental aspects of the game like nobody else. most coaches are all about the physicality of the game, but you touch on both. great vid as always.

I really like this video, These Mental tips actually make sense because wat u say not to do, we do about mechanics. Is there any video you have about how to use your lower half and Core more effectively batting?Any drills for the Lower half?Its hard because When Ifocus on my lower half I mess up with the upper body part of my swing. Ithink it has to do with what you said in this video about trying something your not use to.But if you have a more in depth video plz let me know. Thanks
